Edge has the advantage of having an amazing location and I suppose that's all they think they need to make people come back. The food choices are ordinary the service not much better, don't think I'll be going back.
Where's the rest of the meal?

Last week a large group of us had dinner at The Edge on a Saturday night. The place looks great and is definitely a hot spot at the moment for drinks, tapas and dinner. The service was pretty good, the bar staff were friendly and willing to make us up a cocktail or two. I would recommend going here for drinks and maybe tapas only, well at this stage anyway, perhaps they will get better as they become more established and in tune with what the Geelong crowd are after. But at this stage I wouldn't return for a main meal, it was all a little unorganised and seemed all a bit too hard for the staff to manage on top of the hectic bar service.
The food was very tasty and well cooked but definitely on the small side, if you plan to eat a meal here, you would definitely need an entree to accompany your main. The difference between a main calamari and an entree calamari was a handful of salad along side, same amount of calami served with both.
Perhaps they need to decide to drop the restaurant side and concentrate on tapas and bar service, it will have great longevity as a bar.
