I should have read the last reviewers comment before going to lezzet.
The food was ok.. but I just don't think the standard of food at lezzet justify the price they charge.
If you have ever seen channel 10's masterchef.. each time a contestant brings out a good plate of food and the judges like it, the background music is always a cello.
Well.. there's no cellos here. Maybe just a flute.
Save your taste buds and save your money!

Eating at Lezzets was a very disappointing experience. Having just returned from Turkey I was looking forward to reliving some fabulous culinary experiences.
Defining themselves as "modern Turkish" is a little bit like real estate speak (you know "renovators's delight).In this case "Modern Turkish" seems to mean not Turkish at all. No recognisable tastes or dishes from my travelling experiences.
The food was ordinary and the prices high. The staff were arrogant. They put us on a table squashed between the counter and the rest rooms. Spent most of the night ducking staff and directing people to the toilets.
Plenty of good Turkish food in Melbourne. I definitely recommend that you find an alternative to Lezzet.
