The recently opened Carlisle Pizza is one of the best pizza experiences of my life. I walked in and was greeted with a friendly meditoranian smile.

The first thing that caught my eye was the prices, they have a $15 deal which includes 1 large pizza, 1 garlic bread and a 1.25lt drink. I decided to order the BBQ chicken, and man was it good, a thin crispy base, melt in your mouth chicken and a sweet bbq sauce, topped with muchrooms and onion.

It was a perfect meal, and one of the best in the area, I have been coming to st kilda for many years. Later I found out that the owners have been making pizza for 35 years. They are of greek origin and also do gourmet pizza, pasta, and great deserts.

If you are in St Kilda pass by all the fancy places that have popped up recently and try this pizza, you wont be disappointed.
