Stefano's is in the basement of the Grand Hotel, but it's definitely more Grand than Basement. The menu changes regularly to accommodate the local produce, and the chef does an amazing job of coming up with regular new items to offer. The wine list is extensive, and also has plenty of local things to try. If you're in northern Vic, Stefano's will definitely be a highlight of your trip.
