I often look for somewhere new to dine as i eat out a lot for business and pleaser.We had a meeting in knox area after the meeting we decided to go to Ozone area .We were with someone who had been to Red salmon and was happy to take 6 of us there.We were surprised at the variety of food and the vodkas there were.I had chicken envelope and the rest tried god knows what.We were all pretty happy and we like to go back when we are next in the area as the area lacks in good quality restaurants.

I;m not sure if "family" (previous reviewer) went in on an empty night because his expiriance was a stark contrast to ours.
My wife tried one of the noodle dishes which she says was juat as good as drinking oyster sauce. I had the Eye fillet, which I had to send back because it was heavily over cooked, and even when it was cooked right, I had to leave a quarter on the plate because it was pure fat.
The wine seemed like it had been watered down to increase stock, but not as heavily as other restaurants. It wasn't disgraceful, but I've had better wines from IGA liquor.
However the worst part of the night had to be the service. I do not know why our waitress came across so hostilke, it mnight be because she was propped up against the door until we called her over or her obviouse lack of a smile, I thought she might have had to talk to a manager, but they also seemed totally dis interested. I did not ask the waitresses name, although I should have just so managment know who they need to talk too.
We went somewhere else for dessert and coffee, where we knew we would be taken care of.

We have just moved here so we have been trying all the restauarnts in knox and surronding areas.Last weekend we booked at Red salmon.We were seated at an outside table which we had requested nice night to sit out.we had 2 glasses of Red salmon sauv blanc which was pretty good realy for house s blanc.I had Eye fillet and my girlfriend after much deliberation decided on Knocchi With prawns.We are going back with few friends next week my g friend has not stopped talking about Red salmon.
