Overall: 4 stars

At the end of the food court in Victoria Gardens, café Krifi is a beautiful café that gets you away from that overcrowded and messy food court dining experience. It has an outdoor court area that is licensed for smoking during the week and cozy and warm non smoking in the weekend. The atmosphere is funky and upbeat yet inviting and relaxing.
The menu is extensive offering pastas, pizzas and risottos as well as the old favs like Parma, seafood and breakfast.
The staff are friendly non intrusive, also very helpful and knowledgeable.
The coffee brand is Café Ducale offering 3 types of blend:
Nobile, a smooth, aromatic coffee
Armonioso, An intense, well balanced flavored coffee
Furioso, A decadently rich, full-bodied coffee
Café Krifi uses Armonioso which is also available for purchase in 1kg whole bean bags or 250g ground.

Latte: My coffee was ordered at my table, and delivered hot about 5 mins later. The texture was almost like cream. Nicely presented in a glass V shaped glass. You could see the coffee settling as it was set on my table. The coffee was a nice medium taste with no bitterness at all. Although I take 1 sugar with my coffee, I was tempted to go without. Maybe next time! All in all, a excellent cup of coffee. Quite surprising that you can get such a great coffee in a shopping center as big as Victoria Gardens.

Rating: 9/10

THINK FOOD

As the days grow short, some faces grow long. But not mine. Every autumn, when the wind turns cold and darkness comes early, I am suddenly happy. It's time to start making soup again.
