We've been to Natalia's 4 times now and have found that the services has improved 100% compered to our very first visit. That experience almost put us off going there again, but after contacting the owner/manager, to voice our disappointment and receiving an explanation and a very sincere apology, we decided to give the Bistro another try and the difference was wonderful.
The food is absolutely delicious and well presented, the staff are very friendly and accommodating to their customers needs.
If you have been thinking about going the Natialia's I would highly recommend you give it a try, I'd be very surprised if you were disappointed.
Well done Natalia's....looking forward to another nice meal/evening with you in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Natalia's for the 5th time. On this occassion I was there for a post Mother's Day dinner with 11 other family members. The place was really rockin as every seat was full. The service was speedy with 3 staff attending to all our needs. The food was excellent also. I can recommend the pizzas and the beef schnitzel from previous attendances. Prices are lower than everyone expected given the quality of meals and service. I even met Natalia herself, the cutest 2 y.o. boss I've ever met.
I'll keep going back again, again and again.

I went here for my birthday the other week with my parents and my boyfriend. The table seemed too big for the four of us and it was hard to talk to each other with the large, round table between us.
As someone else mentioned already, the staff seemed to stand around at the bar talking a lot. We were seated near the bar and it was a bit unsettling to be eating with the staff standing and talking over us. Also, there were too many staff members on the floor, it seemed excessive.
As for the food, my bf absolutely loved his parma. I enjoyed my lasagne, and my parents both enjoyed their steak. My dad is usually extremely picky, so that is saying something. BF and dad raved about the cheesey herb bread.
Over all it was a good meal for a fairly good price. Everyone was happy and we'd go back again. I must try the pizza next time we go!

Had a great night at this restaurant, meals were of excellent quality and ample portion size. Friendly staff were only too happy to accommodate all requests, no complaints I recommend you give this place a try.

Went to Natalias,heard the food was nice.
Yes the food was very nice and the servings are enormous.
Nice feel to the rest but unfortunately the service let the whole place down.
Long wait for drinks,no offer of dessert menu,no offer for coffee also the table next to us were wondering.
Seem to be plenty of staff, just not hugely interested in customers.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Always seems full, so that must be a good sign. The food was seved in sizeable portions, and was reasonably priced. The service however was appalling.
I waited 25 minutes for a beer and was only served when I went to the bar. Ordered 3 more cokes there and they took at least 15 mins to get to our table. Empty glasses were not removed from the table. Staff were seen milling around and chatting behind the bar.
We were not offered coffee or dessert. These are simple things if you are in the service industry and would like return business.

I attended this venue by chance. The food was nice Italian and the serving sizes were very big. Almost too big. The menu had a good range without being expansive. Not expensive either! I will return.
