Yeeha! I loved the first season of Food Safari, and now we get to discover even more interesting foods and cultures in the brand new Season 2! Maeve O'Meara once again takes us into the kitchens of top chefs and accomplished cooks with her signature enthusiasm and delight.
Tonight's episode is Japanese, one of the most appealing food cultures on the planet - so tune in and tell us what you think!
Food Safari Season Two airs at 7:30 pm Wednesdays starting tonight, 5th December. More information, including recipes and video snippets from each episode, is available from the Food Safari website.

Last week was the first of two French episodes, with this week's promising to be pretty special. Learn to make souffle and crepes and hear about the French attitude towards my favourite food: cheese. I'm drooling already!
