Slow service in an empty restaurant

We had a late lunch over the weekend at Box, the restaurant was empty but we received slow, poor service. We then decided to order only main meals as we were in a hurry and did not want to be delayed. The waitress told us that the main meals were "large and filling". We waited for a while before our food came. The meals were smaller than regular en tree sizes in most restaurants. We wanted to order more food but could not as the wait staff disappeared into the back until we needed to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I work in the same industry and know the value of a main Peking duck or garlic prawns dish. The staff that cleared our plates and fixed our bill up was not interested to know how everything had been. If she had I would have effectively communicated my opinion but all I can do now is advise any prospective customer seeking decent service and a fair portioned sized meal never to visit Box on Collins
